Can you tell me which level you are on? So that, I can check and tell you which levels has Blue Candies 👍️
Do you have the quest for collecting the Blue Candies OR to play with the Nutcracker and collect Blue Candies?

Level # 1647 and 1650 has few Blue candies, and so is level # 1644;
Level # 1646 has more Blue Candies and you can select the Nutcracker to help you out. Also this is a multi screen level, which works out very well for you to collect the needed count of Candies 🙂 So, I think this level would be best option!
