I did not receive my sweet streak 2nd level when I went to play level 3971. I passed level 3970 1st try and with the help of sweet streak 1st option. Help please

I'm sorry you didn't receive the second reward for sweet streak. Normally, after passing a level, the next level for sweet streak is displayed and you will also see it on your map before the start of the next level.
Please make sure you have installed/updated the latest version of the game. There have been some bugs in the past that have been fixed with the new update. You may still be playing on the faulty version.
Currently we have version 1.95.2.0. Can you please check on your device if you also have this version? If you have a previous version, please check your store and update your app.
