Oops! I am not collecting another Olivia's new costume, I am collecting Olivia the Gardener first. I think this costume start released on last Spring year. I am same as @AkumaXX here. 😥

@Solarwave, the current special event runs for 3 weeks. I do not know what rewards we will get at the end of each week or after the final week ends. I am waiting to find out with all other players.
@BubbleGumSoda has raised a good point -- typically we might see a new Friend or a new costume in the "To be collected" section at the bottom of our scrapbook if it can be earned in an event. That is not the case with the current event.
I plan to play all levels in this 3-week event and to collect all packages hidden on any levels. Then, I will learn what reward is waiting at the completion of the event. I encourage you to do the same. So, let's crush some candies and have fun!
Then how come I didn't get stickers from the gift boxes when I played the first level? I understand that for some players this costume is considered new. Therefore I'm happy for them.
Also recolored costume’s don’t change anything
if it’s new why can’t I see a lock in the scrapbook ?
@Solarwave, this may be a new costume for Olivia. It looks like she is wearing a different hat and holding a watering pail and other gardening tools. Let's wait and see!
I guess this is the year of repeats? Why are the game devs doing the same Olivia costume as last year? You know they're other spring costumes that some players have missed out on like Jelly Queen spring(She is on the bottom left corner of the start menu) and Odus the Chick. The game devs had an opportunity to add them both in the calendar event along side with the olivia the gardener costume, but they seem to have missed that.
Am getting tired of not getting new costume’s of other characters we had a new one for red rabbit on December but I feel like that wasn’t enough and it’s been a while since we haven’t gotten a new character to play with jelly queen was the last character we had as new and since then no more.

Yes! The Spring Stories Calendar Event began now! Let's playing these levels with Odus, Jelly Queen and Olivia together everyday on April then collect the stickers of Olivia the Gardener now! Friends Crushers! 😄

It would be nice if the creators of the game would actually read our messages. Since Christmas, every costume has been a repeat. How about they stop catering to all the newer players, and keep the OG players interested in playing! Simple solution, offer new costumes! If you can't come up with a way to do this, I'll delete the game. I'm sure I won't be the only one.
The good news: Odus and Jelly Queen are mentioned.
The bad news: After first level, the reward doesn't contain any outfit stickers.
