How do I private chat on. Candy crush friends

Well I've asked for over 300 lives in the last hour and still nobody is sending me any yet people asking for lives from me are coming through. Until this is sorted I'm not playing anymore as this has been going on for a while now with no resolution, its so unfair that I'm sending lives to nearly thousand people but get nothing back. So I quit.

Just to add a bit more to what my friend @bearwithme mentioned above.... Are you trying to have the "private chat" on the game OR in the Community?

* If it is on the Community, you will have to be in level 2 to send a Private Message to other players of the Community! You are a "New Bee" now, hence you can only post comments in the "Support" area and any of the "Discussions" areas.

* If you are talking about chatting in the game itself, that facility is not available in the Friends game (or any other game as a matter of fact)! But, you can join any of the "Facebook Groups" and can "Live Chat" with other members of that group

If you need further assistance or need clarification, please tap on "Type your Comment" box located below to write back.

Hello @owennanny and welcome to our friendly community! It is very easy to do. At the top of this page in the upper right hand corner you should see a bell, an envelope, a ribbon and a wheel. If you click on the envelope - that will open a private chat. You just type the name of the person or persons you want to send the message to, then type your comment like you did here and send. You just need to know what the @'name' of the person you want to send the message to. 😊
