The bubble gum event was already in the game this year. I don't think it's coming back anytime soon.
Most events are announced on Fridays in the game, 3 days before they start.ย
In my store it says that there will be a new costume event for Olivia from August 15th. So you should have an announcement in the game on Friday of this week.ย
