I have bought gold bars to help me finish a level in candy crush soda saga, twice now there has been an error message after the purchase which means I have to reload the game and start the level again which defeats the object of buying gold bars to finish the level. Not impressed with this, how do i resolve the problem please?

I do not get my purchases. Tonight, it took multiple times for me to get a purchase. So instead of $1.99, multiply that by the number of times I click $1.99 to purchase lives. Is there a glitch or someone’s comitting fraud here. I’ve already reported this to Apple, but the problem still exists.
