Refund due to glitch

I’ve been having a glitch happen a few times where candies start pouring into the game and won’t stop. They are supposed to drop down and fill up the playing grid, but instead pour down and flow out the bottom without stopping. It goes on and on and on and the  game has to be quit due to this glitch. I’ve lost multiple items I used in a game due to this  glitch and would like a refund or replacement of items. I’m not sure of exact items lost, but I’m guessing about 10 start-up items that I select before a game begins and 5-10 items purchased in game.  I have a screenshot video of the latest occurrence.
