I am unable to send or ask for lives and I find it hard to believe they can’t figure out and fix the problem! Not worth my time!1

WHY when you purchase a 3 pack of Lollopop hammers after the 1st use it goes from 3 to 1? This is about the 10th time this has happened. Im about to just delete the game1

I can’t ever receive or send lives. This is what happens. I am logged in through Facebook. I have an IPhone 8 Plus. I click on the blue ask friends button on both screens, but after the second time, sometimes a white screen pops up briefly and does not allow me to actually send lives or request them to my Facebook friends. Most of the time the white screen doesn’t pop up at all. I can’t add my screen recording to this post from my phone. But this issue needs to be fixed!
