Game doesn't allow me to get past level 760

Passed level 760, but doesn't allow me to get to 761.. Says "To be continued"

So in that case, there's nothing to do but wait!

Luckily, and I'm sure you all already noticed, new levels where released this morning! Isn't that sweet?! Mobile players can play up to level 800 while Windows 10 players up to 860, wow!

Reason why all levels are not released at the same time on all platform is that it takes a lot more to get new levels for mobile than it does for Windows, hence it's taking a while longer.

Thanks for your patience and if you reach the last level too quickly again, you can spend your time waiting for new ones trying to beat my score on level 689... There's some boosters to be won!

Hello crushers, I'm indeed surprised that so many players have mentioned the same problem after finishing level 760 which actually isn't a problem @ all. Players need to keep in mind that when they come across the signboard with the Paint can means the end of the journey upto that moment and they have to wait for the release of the next episode. Players should also remember that levels are released every Wednesday around 11 AM GMT and every 3rd week there will be a double episode. Hi @Alansmart, you mentioned above to a player to uninstall and reinstall but forgot to highlight that by doing this the player will lose all the accumulated boosters. Hope this clarifies everything. Happy crushing guys .........

Sorry about that @mmcarag! I thought that there were more levels after that, and you just couldn’t win level 760. Have you checked for software updates to the game and/or your device? Make sure your device software is up to date, and see if there are any updates available in the App Store. If does not help, perhaps the reason that you are hearing poeple has access to new levels that you don’t could be because these levels have only been released for Windows 10 at the moment. For whatever the reason, they seem to have more levels on Windows 10 than on IOS and Android. I hope this helps you! Have the sweetest day!

Level capped! Pretty sure all iPhone users are capped at this level currently. Any way to confirm @Joseph45 @firebombmarkus or @Alansmart?

@mmcarag @Joseph45 - happened to me last week at 740. New levels were released on Wednesday (20 more) and capped out at 760. Guessing 20 more for tomorrow.

unfortunately not all devices/apps are created equal 😔 Same issue with my mobile phone also.

Same here! There are no more levels for me to play past 760!!! And I just bought more gold bars!!!:/

@Joseph45 - you misunderstand. I have completed 760 and cannot move on to 761. I have the “under construction “ paint bucket that implies I’m waiting for the release of new levels. However, everything I have read says there are more levels that have been released. Unfortunately, I somehow am still at level 760.

Hello @mmcarag, and welcome to the community! Uggh...them darn tricky levels! Sometimes they can be quite a pickle! However, there are some tips that may help you. The first thing to do before you enter a level such as this would be to check which friend is “recommended.” Choosing the recommended character may increase your odds of winning. Another tip would be to not be too quick to make matches. Examine the game board carefully to see which matches may yield the best outcome. Third tip would be to make very good use of the special candies. Try to swap special candies in the right places on the board (try to get a coloring candy and a color bomb together; this, in my opinion is the best combo out there)! Finally, if you have any, make good use of your lollipop hammers. They will really save you in some situations! If these tips do not, help try checking out the video at the link below to see if this helps! I hope you are able to pass that tricky level soon!

@hanabi0008 That means you are in level cap! Great job! Which OS do you use to play the game? It should have more than 800 levels. Try updating the game, maybe you forgot. Anyway, I am glad you are enjoying the game. Keep crushing 🍭

I am at level 760 and have been close to a week. I read through some things of the other suggestions and I have tried deleting the app, rebooting the phone...nothing works 😔 please help me ... I need my candy crush friends 🙂

Hello and welcome aboard @Raheemah, be sure to take a screenshot of the gold you have and the level you are on, then clear your cache and cookies then uninstall.. reinstall then run the app again, this should solve the issue you are having but if not please let me know ok

I've been stuck on level 760 for 5 days and it won't let me go forward to level 761 so what is the problem why won't it let me

I have this problem at level 760 also. I play on an iPad (updated to the newest version). I loaded it on my android phone and have the same issue there.

Thoughts?

Hello and welcome aboard @Brendatimmy and @bigmikemike, it is a glitch you are experiencing that others have announced also.. be sure to take screenshots of your current level and gold then clear cache and cookies, uninstall then redownload and run the app. This should work out the issue at hand, but if not please let me know ok.. have a devine day 🔱

Thanks ... I’ll try deleting the app ... but am not sure what it means to clear cache and cookies in the context of an iPad. Also, I’m surprised that the problem showed up on a fresh android install.
