Welcome to the community @jbythebay2! Perhaps this could be due to the ongoing issue the game has been experiencing. According to @QueenMia, this issue was resolved, however perhaps some players may still be experiencing this issue. I will forward this message to @QueenMia to see if she has a better explanation.0

Love the game but there's isn't much in the way for instructions . i.e. adding friends or logging in under my facebook acct.1
