I'm not receiving life's either. When you ask friends for lifes does a message say your request was sent! Like Candy Crush Saga does? I don't think my requests are being sent.1

No, I don't get a sent confirmation either. However, I have gotten requests from other players, asking me to givr them lives. That seems odd to be able to give to others, but not receive...0
