    Hello @coffee and welcome to the community. I don't have any problem in my device and I'm getting the daily reward without fail. Pls go to your device settings and clear cache and recheck your game. Hope it will solve the issue.

    I would like to know why I have lost my daily gift days since my  phone updated.  I was over 230 days and now I am back to day one.  To top that off, it updated again and now I can't even get the daily gift screen.  Can you tell me how to fix it and get my days back to where they should be?
