    So this happened to me today. This is the second time it has happened. A little pink envelope appeared on my game screen.

    When clicking on the pink envelop this window pops up.

    Good idea. :) You will need to be friends on Facebook and they will need to play.

    By joining in group of candy crush friends saga in Facebook, you can add a lot friends, therefore more lives.

    If you like, you could ask players from here to message you via the Community messages and send  you their facebook profile so you can add them as friends.
    We are exploring ways of sharing our profiles (securely) in the Community so we can make more game friends  =)

    Hey @Imalittlemad that's a good sign, it means you are able to send and receive lives. If you do not receive any, it's because you are affected by the issue. I'll post some guidelines again that might help, if not, really sorry but we are still working on fixing the issue.

    Hi everyone,

    I did not give any updates yet, as we are still working on the issue. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured we are doing our best to get it fixed asap. 

    In the meantime, here are a few steps that might help, so please make sure you follow them:

    . To start, please note that lives work a bit differently in Candy Friends, so make sure you understand how it works - All info here.
    . Make sure you have enabled the Friends list in your Facebook settings. 
    . If it does not work as it should, clear cache and cookies on your phone.
    . Then make sure you have the latest App version installed - Re-install if needed.

    I can receive lives but I do not get the option to send lives. Is there something that I am missing?
