Recently after switching my device and reinstalling the game, I am facing issues I never did before.

The Characters don't stay downloaded, even though I have over 50gb of empty space and i downloaded it all, yet I have to download them again and again.

And by God if I go offline once, I have to do it all over again. Even though playing it offline was one of the reason I got into this at the first place.

Not to mention if I leave my phone for a moment and the screen goes off, then the entire level reset, my life is lost. And there is a weird blue box in the background of the game board. Please help.

    Correct, @C2tty01. Your progress is saved on King servers. Be sure to save your progress there. Tap HERE to access an article in our Help Center if you are unsure if your progress is being saved there.

    In contrast, your boosters are stored on your device, so they can be lost if you uninstall the game or clear your data in the app on your device.

    I have forwarded your issue to our Manager. I will reply after I get an answer.

    Hi @C2tty01 I had already answered you on August 15th. You must have played online on your old device for your progress and characters to be recorded on King servers. You had said that you played offline. Therefore, your progress and characters may not be recorded correctly on King servers and you may have the issues on your new device.

    Sure I played Offline often more, but I did participated on many events and been online often enough, atleast that's what I think.

    But even then, why is this happening even after I downloaded all the characters on THIS device?

    I don't have my old device anymore, so any solution with that is not gonna work.

    What shoul I do now? Just play Online all the time?

    @C2tty01, I encourage you to play online consistently while you have special events in your game. Then, let us know if your next Dachs Delivery Service remains in your game until the scheduled end of the event.
