All my king games no longer connect to king server

I have about 6 king games and none of them are connecting to the king server. I am not using facebook but playing on win 10 on my pc. Have tried contacting king support and only got an automated response discussing trouble shooting facebook. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to reinstall as i will loose my progress and rewards

Hi @chrisdowns Welcome to the Candy Crush Friends Community
Sounds like a connection issue. Is there anything installed on your computer that could be blocking access from the apps to the King server? Firewall maybe? Do other Windows 10 Apps work? Since multiple apps did you run the Troubleshooter for Windows apps (click windows button in bottom left corner then just start typing troubleshoot and click on troubleshoot systems settings then click Windows store app from the list.. just click next to skip the app reset)1 -

I have turned off all firewall and virus scans with no luck. Reset app also didnt help. Has been working for a long time prior with no issues. Thanks for the suggestions though0 -
I am having the same issues with all my candy crush games having no connection to the server. I have good network speed/connection and I have rebooted my device and the games with no success.0

I ended up resetting the apps and it reverted back to the previous saved versions. I know i lost some progress but at least it is now saving again0

My game allowed me to purchase once then went back to the error. Can someone please help me?????

@DocWatson for getting the error on purchases you can check this post where issue is google play and another member found a work around.
