Hello As of February 15 2019 - Candy Crush Friends immediately shuts down when click on play.

Candy Crush Friends immediately shuts down when click on play. From the main page I am able to access Settings without problem, but as soon as I click on "play" the game shuts down (screen closes same as if I clicked on the "X" to close the game". It was working fine until on Feb 14.

Did not install anything new etc.. on my computer. I also have Candy Crush Sage which works just fine.

Hi @Verve4vaughn - are you able to fix the issue by clearing your cache and restarting your device?

Clear cache, reboot etc.. did not work. Ended up resetting the app..back at level1 but at least now it works

I had the same problem when I tried to play. It freezes when I open the level causing me to lose lives Everytime. I cleared cache and didn't download anything new. I didn't lose progress but gave up after losing 3 lives. I'm gonna wait and try to play tomorrow.

There was an update on Feb 12th, ever since then the game looks as though it is loading, but eventually times out. I am only experiencing this on my samsung tablet. My iPad is not having this issue and had the same update on Feb 12th.

(2) What platform are you using -- Facebook or Kingdom?

(1) was the recent update was done on both your Samsung Tablet AND the iPAD?
(2) What platform are you using (on both)?
(3) Please provide your game ID through above link....
