What's wrong with the bonus games?

None of them are showing up on the game. I've tried logging out and closing the game and then logging in starting the game and then closing the game and then reopening the game and nothing shows up. Is this something known? If so what is the fix and when will it happen?

I'm having the same problem. Everything was fine early this morning (1am CDT-US). Then this afternoon and evening Dachs Delivery, Bubblegum Troll and Cookie Challenge all disappeared. I even tried playing a few levels as that always works with in bringing side games back in CCS…no go. So you're not alone!
Hopefully a monitor will see this and be able to help. I'd tag them but I don't know who monitors here. @Snow_Rider Maybe it'll resolve itself after midnight when the new day begins. This being the weekend, no guarantees. I hope so as Dachs and Troll are by far my favorite side games!

After we update the latest version of this game, Candiversary Party, also Bubblegum Troll events and DDS feature have been disappeared and gone on this game. That's very unfortunately and disappointed for us! 😢😢😢
So we hope we want to receive Candiversary Party, also Bubblegum Troll events and DDS feature back on this game soon. 🙏

@Goomanchoo2 , @Rhonda_L , @AkumaXX , and @ChrisLutt , Management is aware of the issue. Many players lost all special events as a consequence of the most recent update to the CCFS game. You can follow our manager's notes by tapping HERE.

In my offline account, all of my bonus games disappeared (Dach's Delivery, Bubble Gum, Cookie Challenge) yesterday when I had 4 days left on each. I have been playing but have obviously lost out on opportunites for bonus items.

all of my bonus games are gone. I still had 5 days of bubblegum levels and Dach’s delivery. I’ve tried restarting the app multiple times.
