So disappointing that they haven't gotten it fixed in over a week! So we have no chance to win anything, with no events while they take their sweet time. I can't believe it would take this long.

There's updates pretty frequently, not sure why this one wiped out everyone's stuff. Pls fix asap.

They are not doing anything. My game automatically clears event data upon shutdown, that today it downloaded something big and refused to display that. I assume that the event data are downloaded correctly, but some kind of mask prevents us from accessing.

This game is no fun without the challenges and gaining new characters. I hope they fix it soon.
