Level 2
This has been going on for a while but getting worse and worse. I can't remember the last time I was able to complete a Dachs Delivery event.
I thought it was related to when I update my ios or the game itself, but since September, I avoid updating in the middle of events but it keeps happening.
Yesterday morning I had Dachs delivery, Bubblegum, and a 3rd one (don't remember the name, cupcake icon with a seperate set of levels). I got home from work and Bubblegum (my favourite) and Delivery were gone. Delivery came back this morning with Candy Crush update but not Bubblegum.
This is driving me crazy because most of the time they don't come back for days or not at all. Why is this happening?
iphone SE ios 15.8.3
Restarting my phone, logging out and in again don't help.
Hello @Fran_Coursolle and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! Events can be affected if your Internet connection is not stable or your game is switched between online and offline modes. If you log in through Facebook, the issue could be related to that platform. We encourage all players to sync their accounts on King.com so your progress is saved and, hopefully, your events will be stable.

Do you think it has anything to do with me leaving the game open for days on end? I play on a Windows 11 desktop.
2. Another thing that happens is I frequently lose all audio after about 3 or 4 hours, but that comes back if I close the game and then open it again.
3. And finally, sometimes boosters don't work. This mostly happens with the 2 hour boosters. It can be frustrating, but I try not to let it bother me too much. Because I am Sunny Liquorice - sunny by name and sunny by nature, always looking on the bright side of life with a glass always at least half full. Etcetera.
None of the above bother me too much - be nice if the boosters always worked but perhaps there is a reason and someone will enlighten me!

Hello @Nanninomix and thank you for your gracious reply. Do you have automatic backup enabled on your PC? If so, do the problems occur after such backups?
I do not play on Windows, but my colleague @DieOmimi might be able to help.
Hi @Nanninomix I'm playing on Win11. For me, the game runs normally and I haven't found any errors. However, I only leave my game open when I'm actually playing. When I'm not playing, I close the app. I also shut down my laptop regularly so that it can install any updates, so that my device software and apps are always up to date.
I recommend the same to you. Most of the time, the errors you describe occur when the app remains open and thus cannot retrieve current information from the server (by the way, it's the same on mobile devices).
I’m having the same issue! Don’t gaslight me and say it’s my fault and not King’s. When I’m running the latest version of iOS, on a strong WiFi connection and logged into Facebook, the problem is you! Constantly having sweet streaks broken, Davy’s delivery & Bubblegum events disappear before they end is no incentive for me to want to continue playing. Your developers need to do better in addressing these issues instead of you acting like its a non-issue.
My Dear @DieOmimi,
You are absolutely correct, it is so true. I am notorious, NOTORIOUS, for not only leaving apps open for days, but also for complaining how slow my system is, then it is discovered that I have in excess of 15 tabs open! Oh I am indeed very bad with this. I do try to shut down every week, but I know I should do so each day really. Thankfully, I get notified about updates waiting to instal and that my computer will restart at 2 or 3 am. I might still be doing things at that time so I usually restart it then and there. No discipline, that's me.
As always, thank you for your response. I didn't play this or any game during the COVID'19 lockdowns (which started here in Australia early in 2020, btw), but I imagine it must have been very comforting here in the Kingdom to be able to connect with others and not feel quite so isolated or alone. I think moderators are a very special breed indeed.
My very best to you

Hello @ImANole99 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community!
If an event disappears before the timer runs out, you may have disconnected from your Facebook profile. Check your progress on the main map to ensure you're connected. If not, you might be offline or disconnected. Log out and log back into your Facebook profile via the settings menu.
Players who log in through Facebook report more issues than players logged in through King.com. We encourage all players to sync their accounts on King.com so your progress is saved and, hopefully, your events will be stable. If you have a King account, please log into your game using your email address and password and see if your issues are solved.
Oh Dear, @ImANole99,
I'm quite new here, and I can see that you have only just registered so I will say hello to you, and welcome - although you will get a much better, formal welcome from one of the Nobility I imagine.
It's a shame that these issues are affecting your enjoyment of this particular game. In my case, I can assure you that the problem is most definitely ME!.
Cheers
Oh Dear!
My friendly moderating @MountainMom, I am sorry I did not see your reply as soon as I would've liked. Never mind, you had to know that my comment about moderators being special was meant for you as well as @DieOmimi, who replied as you suggested.
This is such a steep learning curve (although technically I'm not sure a curve CAN be steep, but you know what I mean), but I've realised that participating in this community is good training for being in any online community, and we can apply our learning here to other kinds of communities, such as the villages and neighbourhoods of bygone eras.
It is my lunchtime so depending on where you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you are either sleeping or dong nighttime things!
Thanks again for making CCFS a welcoming place, even if it is a little devoid of ordinary everyday 'life' sometimes 😉
