Events disappearing

Question

Why do events like Dach’s Delivery and Sweet Streak constantly disappear? This is so annoying and makes me want to delete this app. Tell your developers to get it together!

I know you’re trying to help but please don’t insult my intelligence. Of course I tried all the troubleshooting methods. The issue is with the game, not the user.

Hello @ImANole99 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community!

Since I don't know what type of device on which you play, I will refer you to an article in our Help Center.  Tap this hyperlink (bold green font) to go to the "Events" topic.   Then tap on the "+" button on the right side of the page to open the menu.  Select your operating system at the top of the page, then scroll down to an hyperlink regarding "My special event just disappeared."  Both the Sweet Streak and the Dachs Delivery Service (DDS) features are temporary and recurring.  The DDS event begins and ends on a predictable schedule, but the Sweet Streak does not.

There  are also periodic issues with Facebook. If you normally log in through Facebook, we suggest you log in through your King account if you can, and, if you need to play on a PC, use the Windows app whenever possible.

We also have standard troubleshooting steps that might help:

* Ensure you have a stable Internet connection.
* Ensure you have the latest update for your CCFS game app.  I have my game set to update automatically and am currently running version 4.7.1.0
* Clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data -- that is where your boosters are stored).
* Ensure you have sufficient memory on your device?  King recommends having at least 2Gb free. If you have less than 2Gb, free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
* Log out of the game (please only do this if you remember your login credentials)
* Turn off your device for at least 1 minute and then turn it back on.
* After restarting your device, consider switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
* Log in to the game. .
