Screen glitch with Yeti Werewolf (UNDER INVESTIGATION)

I can't access wiki at the moment so the names may be inaccurate. After updating to 4.9.0 (android) yesterday, trying to use his ability will glitch the screen. Other outfits do not have this glitch.

    Hi Friends! I have an important update for you. Due to a technical issue on our end, the Studio has temporarily deactivated Yeti’s Werewolf costume. The team is already working on a fix to bring it back as soon as possible. I’ll keep you updated right here as soon as I have more news. Stay tuned!

    Hi @AkumaXX there is a new update to version 4.9.1. Can you please check after the update whether Yeti the Werewolf still has the same error? Thank you.

    With the new update the problem was not solved, it still freezes

    Thanks @Andres-2. Can you please also open a ticket with support? Use the direct route from the game (Settings / gear, question mark, game instructions, Who are the characters). Scroll down to the topic "Who are the characters" and use the contact button. Thank you very much.

    During the game, my game screen shrinks to the top left corner (about 75% of the time). I can only see the bottom half of the gameplay screen (see screenshot) These levels are impossible to complete and I am constantly losing lives because of this. This only started happening a few days ago.

    Hi @AkumaXX @Andres-2 the studio would like to know more details about the situation in which the game freezes or crashes when using Yeti the Werewolf. Does it happen when you enter the level or only when you have collected enough cyan candies and Yeti's power is activated? Any details can help pinpoint the problem.

    There is currently an issue with Yeti the Werewolf. Can you please select a different character or costume when playing with Yeti?
    Please let me know if this happens when playing with a different Yeti costume.
