Quests with Odus??

After checking, it seems that the rewards were added to some but the messaging was wrong. Anyway, thanks so much for all the feedback, we'll keep that in mind for the next special events!

Please be patient with the CM @QueenMia and team as it’s been the weekend. I would expect a reply early tomorrow their time.

However as long as you are completing your quests (3 per day) for the last 3-4 days you should be qualified.

@Sukanta_Biswas - there is another challenge going on right now of completing 10 quests by 3/10 (@SeraphicStar). However it is not showing up anywhere after you get the first notification of the day.

Ive asked @QueenMia about this but I haven’t heard more back yet. I’ve completed 3 days of 3 quests for a total of 9 so I’m interested to see if I achieve it tomorrow but not sure it’s keeping track properly.

@gabbers90 - do NOT delete your quests to play with Odus is my recommendation at this point. I don’t think it has anything to do with Odus.

Hopefully our CM will have an answer soon.

So it seems that most of the Rewards have been added to your game anyway, however, you seem to have received the wrong message. Sorry about that. This event is still in the testing phase and not many players got access to it (so you're part of the lucky ones!). We'll definitely look into this for next time!

@Foley1362, @Lard, @wafercookieflippers - I've added some sweets to your game as a compensation for the confusion!

@crisijean27 @k55 - Please let me know your game ID so we can check!

Also, @wafercookieflippers, these are good questions. This is how it works: You'll need to completing as many Daily Quests as possible, the more you complete the better the rewards : ) It does not have to be a quest related to the Character of the Quest.

The thresholds are as follows: 5 Quests for a Lollipop Hammer, 7 Quests for a Lollipop Hammer and a Striped Lollipop Hammer and 10 Quests for Lollipop Hammer, a Striped Lollipop Hammer and a Wrapped Lollipop Hammer.

At the moment, it is not possible to see the number of Quest that have been complete anywhere. You'll see a pop up when the event starts and once it ended. Please note that any rewards are awarded on the day after the event ended.

Today I got the same "sorry" screen. I was doing all daily quests. Could you please figure out what is wrong? If you need anything from me, just ask.

@QueenMia I got the notification that I got the bronze star today. Same as the others, I know I did more than 5 quests. Speaking for myself, I honestly don’t care if the prizes didn’t work in my favor but I am still not sure if I understand how to play the “Odus Challenge” next time. And I do want more mini games like this so please know that I appreciated seeing it pop up even if there are some kinks to be worked out!

So to help us understand the rules next time: was it only the Quests that named Odus that counted toward the total? Or did it count if we used Odus on the generic quests, eg “create 50 fish”? If we can only do Odus specific quests, it’s really hard for us to complete that high of a number in such a short amount of days. Someone better at math can do the probability of it, but maybe giving more time or a lower total would work?

@QueenMia I also participated in this event and was not rewarded. The only screen that I would see is the one to hit play when I opened the game for a new day of play

I also completed every Quest during the duration and received no Rewards. No daily updates, nothing but the screen at the start of the day. And then today the sorry you didn't get enough to qualify screen

Hi @QueenMia - I got this alert this morning. I completed 12 quests during it so I am pretty sure something with the counting was off.

Still - I really enjoyed this new little feature even though it had a couple hiccups. To much purple juice for Odus I guess 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

I'm really sorry about that. Just got it confirmed that at the moment, it's not meant to show how many Quests you've completed - That keeps you on your toes! But I'm going to check with the Team to see if there was an issue with the counting.

In the meantime, I'll add some goodies to your account as compensation. Can you guys give me your Game IDs?

@Alice_90 - You probably need to update your game version. We had an issue with that last week. Please make sure to update to 1.8.4 and that should work again

Err @QueenMia I just got this on my game despite doing almost every quest during the duration, what gives?

Yeah, I was helping her in the other link. Looks like she was having a bit trouble with finding the User ID. I have showed some pics how to look for it. Hope it will help her. Like we talked few days ago, it is good to wait to contact the CM's till we collect all the needed info. So that, they can immediately jump into the action!!

Hi @Alice_90 - whatever you do don’t delete the app yet. This will lead to any boosters you have won being deleted as they are stored on your devices memory.

Please be patient and wait for @Pummy_Raj to assist further.

Hi @QueenMia - I have not seen anything on my board since yesterday morning. To the best of my knowledge I don’t believe I received any treats although I didn’t pay attention to what I had last night compared to this morning.

@Alice_90 - your above picture looks like a different issue than we are discussing here. However it is my understanding that the quest issue was fixed in the last app update. Do you have the most recent version of the app installed? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and restarting your device since?

How can i complete the quests, i am not recieving any new quests past two three days, u ppl are not helping i have msged on messenger, mailed also and commented also asked question here.

@QueenMia aw, thanks for the goodies! Thanks for the response too. I think @Foley1362 also completed closer to 12 quests total, so that’s why I thought there must be some sort of alternate counting system where only 5/12 quests counted. King might want to check it out to see if that’s working right for the future.

Just to reiterate—I love the mini-games! Put me on a list to be a guinea pig for all of them, ha.

I do the quests daily anyway because I don’t want to be in the waiting room. The quests are a fun way to go back through old levels. Once the portal is done, it will be even better.

I am certain I did at least 12 quests, if not 15, but have received no rewards. My game is up to date.
