Hi @bbyas If you asking about The leprechaun costume, it was actually A/B testing from last year, and not every player get a chance to earned it ( including myself ) well hopefully there’s a new one coming or at least something similar 😊

Hi @bbyas - welcome to our friendly community!! The St Patrick’s costume is not available currently. Those that have it already were part of a test group last year.

However since the holiday is right around the corner a bunch of us in here are hoping the opportunity to earn it is given 🙏🏻

With regards to your question, we receive St.Patrick's costume through the "Special Star Chaser Event"

-----> If you are an iOS device user, you should have received it on the 13th. And for Android, Amazon and Windows, it appears today after 12:00 pm -- local time!

Once it appears, you will simply play some new levels, and gain the number of specified stars. You will have the costume once you collect all the required stars.

That's really odd and I'm sorry about it

I've actually noticed that a few other players seem to be having similar issues. I'll report that to our Teams and we'll be looking into it.

I am sorry to be such a pain. I never log out when playing. I cleared my cookies. Then was so excited my stars were counting. Got up to 29, ran out of lives, went back to play again and now all my stars are gone☹️

Hey @sbouchr1 - That's useful for us to understand, thanks for that! Have you logged out since last time or close the game or something like that? It seems that you might be logging in to a different game account and therefore the progress is not showing.

Also, I would suggest that you make sure you have the latest version of the App (check the App Store if it needs to be updated) and clear cache and cookies from the phone. That usually helps the game to run smoothly

Wow!! I finally passed this darn level. The stars counted. But last time the stars didn’t stay. I am crossing my fingers that they do!! I am out of lives so I have to wait to pass the bevel level to see

And now this is coming up. Which one do I choose to save? The last time I had to do this with a game, I lost all progress.

I did finish levels when the new challenge started. I also had to go back to a lower level to finish the daily challenge. I have been stuck on this current level for 2 days. Thank you for helping me

We've been checking your game play and it seems that you've been playing levels for which you've already earned stars. It is ok to replay previous level for the event, but please note that only new stars earned will count in the Star Chaser.

Could you please confirm if you're playing levels for the first time or if you're replaying previous ones? Also, did you manage to get stars now? If not, it would be great if you could provide us with screenshot or record so we can investigate further.

Seems only some got it this time too though as I still don't have access to the event @Foley1362

Just got to be patient @SeraphicStar. If you don’t have it by noon PST then I would message our CM.

One thing I’ve learned is it seems everything rolls out to the different platforms (I.e. PC, Android, Apple, etc) differently.

Waiting is the worst part as I got a push notification two days in a row to play it but it didn’t show up until noon today.

When I earn stars for finishing a level, it is not staying on the count for the Leprechaun costume. Any suggestions?

Hi @sbouchr1 - welcome to our friendly community!! It can only be new stars that count. Are you playing new or old levels? If you play older levels it must be a new Star still so if you got 1-2 on a level before, the 2nd or 3rd star this time would count.

and for Android, Amazon and Windows players, it will appear on the 15th till 24th
