All my in game boosters are gone. I had 150+ lollipops and140+ striped lollipops and 140+ wrapped. Now I have only 3 of each. How do I get them back? I play on laptop/microsoft version 4.10.1.0 thank you
Thank you for checking in! No, I never got my boosters back, even tho I sent numerous contacts and screen shots to customer care…no response at all except rote email answers. So, I am just re-collecting them thru my daily play. Left a bad feeling about customer service! I hope someone in home office reads this!! Like I said, I play on 1 device and did not change anything on my end. Have fun!!
Hello @iamlightnow. I am checking with you to see if you got your boosters back. I also want you to know that you will not lose your progress, gold bars or boosters if you close your game. Boosters are stored locally on your device; whereas, your gold bars and progress are stored on the King platform (assuming your account is synced on that platform). Boosters will be lost if you uninstall the game, so we don't recommend that. If you get a new device, your boosters will remain on your old device and can still be used on that device; however, you will have to earn new boosters on any new device.
I have done all this. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the boosters back. I get the msg. that if I log out from the game site, I will be put back to level 1, so I have not logged out from there. I have sent at least 4 contact me emails to the support, and I get no help. I was asked to send a screen shot and the version I play, and I did, but no response. So I decided to try the community support. I will send another email today. Thank you for trying to help me out!
That's strange. This has never happened to me, and I haven't heard of any of our players doing it either. Please contact support directly from the game. Open your game, go to Settings (the gear icon), then the question mark, then "My Purchases," and then "Missing Boosters? Here's What You Should Know." If the explanations in the article don't help, please scroll down and select "Contact Us." Fill out the form and submit it. Support can look into your account — we here in the community can't.
You'll initially receive an automated response, and a support representative will contact you later.
Same account. After I play for the day I exit. Next day, I open the app and hit Play, and game loads where i left it off

No. I played one day, and the next day they were gone.
