I beat it, but I'm not exactly sure how! Part of it was dumb luck. If you get a color bomb try not to use it until you can combine it with a stripe. After that, make sure to make stripes that go up and down to shoot at that conveyor belt up top. But don't shoot until the "ingredients" are right in your line of fire, so they fall thru. I don't know if that makes sense, but that's how I finally passed it.
