Free lives and boosts?

I am not receiving free lives or the boosts that I have collected.  What’s going on?

May I know what game you are referring to -- is it Candy Crush Saga OR Candy Friends Saga?

If it is Candy Friends Saga -- There gas been issue with "Lives" in the game from past few months and the King Team is trying to resolve it as soon as possible!!  Please go to below link to check on the updates with regards to the issue --

** Also, in that link itself, please provide your details such as

1) the device you are playing the game; (2) did you log into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account; (3) Are you not able to "Receive Lives" OR issue with both sending and receiving; (4) and your King game User ID... if you do not know this, please follow this link to find your ID https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
