játékban a 3ezer valahanyadik pályán tartottam..már nem tudom pontosan, és amióta megváltozott a facebook email címem azóta le vitt a 35. pályára, hogyan tudnék visszajutni az eredeti 3000…pályára. Köszönöm.
Hi @Klárika71, I'm sorry you experienced this issue, thanks to the information you and @DieOmimi provided I've been able to reset the progress in your account to the levels you shared. Please restart the games, and you should see the levels now being at level 259 in Candy Crush Friends and level 3000 in Candy Crush Saga. Hi @Klárika71 I've asked a manager to look into your problem and help if possible. Only managers have the authority to restore your game progress.

Szia! Candy Crush Saga eredetileg a 3000 feletti szinten tartottam. Most amióta megváltozott az emailem, 36-osra dobott… Candy Crush Friendsbe meg a 259-es pályán voltam, visszadobott 17-es pályára. A Candy Crush Jellybe abba is a 300,,,nem tudom pontosan. A játéktérképem nem e Jelly hanem a Saga, mert azt kérted , azokról küldjek . Jó lenne ha sikerülne. 😔

Sajnos nincs képernyőképem, az eredeti pályámról. Az új emaillal vagyok bejelentkezve. Más változást nem vettem észre. A King regisztrációmmal is bejelentkeztem, vissza rakott az 1-es szintre.

Are you currently logged into the game with an email address?
Have you noticed any other changes? Are your gold bars and scrapbook still the same as they were with your old email address?
Nem tudok belépni akárhogy próbálom,a King regisztrációval sem pedig jól írok be mindent. A régi facebook emailt meg már sajnos nem tudom.

If I understand your question correctly, your game progress was lost when you changed your email address on Facebook.
Does the old email address still exist on Facebook, or can you change your email address back?

Hi, in my opinion there is a problem with bubblegum troll level 6 (new edition). If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
