Lost all levels!

Hi there, last week my app updated and whenever I would click to play a game it would just say ''downloading'. I delete the app and reinstalled and lost all of my lives, I was pretty sure I had an account through my Facebook but possibly not...

I've tried all of the steps in the FAQs but nothing is helping, is it possible someone could restore what level I was on?

Forgot to mention, I was on level 280.

Hi @woottsy Welcome to the community. It is important to synch your game to either Facebook or King to save your progress. At the meantime if you could provide your game ID, and here’s the link to find your game ID https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it I will tag our lovely CM @QueenMia to assist you more

Hi again @woottsy You can also try to write and fill up this form https://soporto.king.com/contact make sure you select ‘game problem’ then ‘game didn’t save’.
