Dissappearing challenges

Happening AGAIN. I have had three announcements for upcoming games. Bubblegum troll, valentines day, and another one. After the first announcment, once I exit the game and restart it, they are gone and did not start. Fix it again, please. You would think after the number of times this has occurred, the developers would have and idea of how NOT to keep breaking this.
