I have lost the valentines chase thing after one day and no my dash delivery is gone so I am earning nothing. This happens so many times and never gets fixed
Hello. Windows player here. Events are still disappearing. This is the third one in a row for me that has disappeared - the Cookie Event end of January/beginning of February, Nutcracker Valentine on Feb 1, and then today, Feb 13, Dach's Delivery. Any timeline for when this will be fixed?? My latest update for Windows was on February 2nd, version 4.20.1.0. Thanks.

My Dachs Delivery service just disappeared this morning after I played one level. My notification for the lunar event is gone also. What is the latest on this please?
And I just realized I haven't seen Sweet Streak since this all started. This is turning into the WORST case that has happened so far.
Hi @MollyS unfortunately, I had the same experience as you. The studio hasn't found the problem yet and is still investigating the cause.
I'm sorry I haven't received a timeline and have to wait until our Community Manager gets back to me. It seems to be a more serious issue.
Is this a Facebook problem or a king.com problem?

Same for me… today Dachs delivery showed up but after I played a level it disappeared. Also the "coming soon" new year event disappeared. My game is blank!

Still happening. Valentine's game announced, then disappeared. But now, there is a new wrinkle. While this was occuring within the past two weeks, I was able to play Dach'e Delivery for the entire time it was available. It never disappeared. Today, a new Dach's Deliver was opened. I played for a while, exited, and now it has disappered. So it looks like the issue is getting WORSE not better.
Hello, this is already crossing all limits of patience, first you turned off some of the characters' sounds which made them so cute as much as they were frustrating at times, but now it's really irritating that I can't hear the giant's trumpets, the owl's anger and the like, then you give me events and then everything disappears, like giving a child candy and then taking it away. I get angry and it frustrates me....

I had the countdown for the lunar new year event. It was supposed to start today. My countdown disappeared but the event never started. Game is currently completely blank, no Dachs, events or sweet streak. Up until this week at least i had Dachs even tho my Valentine's day event and Bubblegum troll never started. So 3 weeks in it's actually getting worse.
so you posted this 12 days ago and events are still gone and there are no answers nor are you offering anything to the people that can’t earn any boosters at this time. No good service
