I get live requests from people but never get lives sent even though I request them , Windows 10.

I am on level 2463 & I've been playing for years. I’m having the same issue. I've spent so much money and lives, because I cannot find the ones I requested from friends. I wish more people would’ve gave more replies to your question
You may not be online at the same time, or the internet connection may not be strong enough.
