king needs to give all effected players a ton of free boosters to make up for this debacle. This isn’t the first time events have been lost. Seems like a stable fix isn’t something that is able to be found. I bet if we spent money on the game right now there would be no technical issues. Not spending a dime ever again. King owes all of us big time!! It’s free for you to give us all a ton of boosters….. reward your loyal players for once and fix your technical issues once and for all
I guess they lose money right now. I wont spend money on something that doesn’t work properly. And maybe they lose players too..
How about a LOT of compassion? And a LOT of lives and a LOT of power ups? It's not like we are the people who spend money on your game. Oh wait…… WE ARE!

I have lost Dachs Delivery for the 2nd time this week, 1st time I uninstall ed the game, it came back but I lost all my lollipop boosts, it has now disappeared again, very disappointing, will this be fixed soon? And can I have my boosts back?
Thank you for the update. I was hoping we would have the fix today, or at least a set date for the debugged version release. At this rate it could be a very long time until a permanent and consistent fix.
Hello, thank you for the information, although we are all frustrated and angry, we have no choice but to wait, and I personally ask that you return the characters' sounds that you removed and I miss them because they are simply incomplete!

so you posted this 12 days ago and events are still gone and there are no answers nor are you offering anything to the people that can’t earn any boosters at this time. No good service
I had the countdown for the lunar new year event. It was supposed to start today. My countdown disappeared but the event never started. Game is currently completely blank, no Dachs, events or sweet streak. Up until this week at least i had Dachs even tho my Valentine's day event and Bubblegum troll never started. So 3 weeks in it's actually getting worse.
The serial ganes disapearr, and also the dachas I can't play what happen?

Hello. Windows player here. Events are still disappearing. This is the third one in a row for me that has disappeared - the Cookie Event end of January/beginning of February, Nutcracker Valentine on Feb 1, and then today, Feb 13, Dach's Delivery. Any timeline for when this will be fixed?? My latest update for Windows was on February 2nd, version 4.20.1.0. Thanks.

There is something "wrong" and the development team is "actively looking into it". Considering it has happened several times before, you would think it would not be that hard for them to figure out. But it appears that I have been giving them too much credit.
This is the 5th week in a row that I haven't gotten Dach's delivery, any event (although it showed up for a few seconds), or even a sweet streak. King is a billion dollar corporation, and CC Friends has the most expensive shop, so I need to know how to talk to someone who can actually do something. This has happened several times in the past few years. Want to know why I play? I had to quit my job to move my family back into my Mother's house 4 years ago. She is 92 years old and disabled. My full time job has been her full time care, and this stupid little game gave me an escape from the dementia and the fear and the sudden yelling and heartbreaking confusion.
I feel like a sucker for how much money I've put into this game, and I'm 98% certain these "bonuses" are being stopped intentionally. I don't know why or how, but I've heard so many different things from King reps. I wasted the last several weeks waiting for my game to magically reappear like it eventually always does, but I think I'm done. I have appreciated this community (not that I can have any of you as "friends" to force me to pay for extra lives) and I know none of you are at fault. My hope is that someone who has some power (without the corporate greed) will decide to stop ripping off working class people, lower their shop prices by a few bucks and fix whatever this "technical issue" is and make the game fun again. Also, those of you who have to read this and hand out badges and keep this going get paid a salary. These are not big asks and they wouldnt make a dent in the bottom line.

just a few times, but it happens regularly a few times a year, they also removed some of the character sounds and now it all seems pointless to me, I will definitely reduce my gaming time!!!

But first, stop popping ads that would say "Hey, give this up and try other King games" before actually fixing something.
First of all, it's not some but all players, I'm also criticizing because you simply turned off the voting (sounds) for some characters we like, the rest are just basic sounds or votes, there are no sounds when hitting characters with your (I don't know what it's called) trump cards, and that really bothers me. I don't want to play other games because I'm not interested in them, I want Candy Crush Friends because those characters thrilled me, but as I said, by removing those sounds and votes, everything loses its meaning, thank you!!!
Still no update? I just will not spend any money on the game until this is fixed.
