I try tog in to save my progess but they give me a notification that i had a connection proplem , also i could not earn or use gold to buy anything in the game and the new animal i wen is not acctivated for some reseon and i could not play with

You shouldn't delete the memory or data. That would cause you to lose all your boosters. Clearing the chance is fine.

I try to enter the terms and conditions i could enter but i could not find any botton to press that is show that i am accepting the terms and conditions also inside the game itself i could not win a new 10 golds and the last animal that i won is not activated (for the gold and animals its show a circle like it is upload ) and i am afraid to clean the memory and loose my progress (I am on level 822) , by the way I am in jordan is that effect

I try to log in by facebook also i try the email in case the facebook is not working (both are not working) for the terms and conditions i coud not remeber

Did you also accept the terms and conditions beforehand?
