The Studio has just released a new game version with fixes that should resolve the issue with disappearing events. Please make sure to update your game to version 5.0.0.0.

Same as others are saying. I have the latest version. Dach's, BBT, Star Chaser, Sweet Streak, Hazlenut crunch. Played them yesterday, played them this morning. Came back this afternoon, all gone.
This has gone beyond annoying and now become anger-inducing and stupid.
So I have the 2 new events, Dach's so far has stayed, but the bubblegum event is whacked again. I can see my bubblegum team but the bubblegum levels have disappeared. Obviously the corruption that keeps happening with the game started a long time ago with someone who clearly wasn't qualified to write code for the game. King is going to have to dig deeper if they want the root problem solved. Now I need to log back into the game to see if every other event has stayed. I will keep you updated and have a sweet day!
The same happened to me. Played one level and both events that started today disappeared.

It worked. Now I even have two more events which may be wrong - there is no better moment to bring Spring Jelly Queen back.

Hi, my dachs delivery appeared days ago but the tasks never load, it's stuck on the gift icon which just keeps reloading endlessly.

No special events in over a month. Currently no Dachs or streak. iPhone and are updated The last Dachs appeared but as soon as I played a level it was gone. Made 2 tickets regarding the issue.
While Sweet Streak and Delivery are back, a BGT event doesn't work correctly. Version is 4.21.2.0 as you would expect.

Could you please confirm that you’re on version 4.21.2.0? If you’re still experiencing issues with events disappearing, please let me know exactly which events are missing. There are a few separate issues being investigated, so this information will really help us!

how long does it take for you to investigate and fix this, it's been over a month that sweet streak is not working!!!
try joining - maybe it only works for existing members, i don't know, but i just opened the game and for me it's still stuck on endless booster mode. the team name is "japanese"
Apple user- updates, restarts, etc etc.Saw Dachs for about 5 minutes and it went away. No other events have been visible to me in more than a month. Made another ticket- pretty disappointing the non answer I received
Mine is still completely broken. Same account, same game version, same team, different devices. One is on delivery 1, the other on 7 and unplayable because the next task never loads.
We normally unlock 20 to 30 deliveries, but i haven't been able to play for ages, and i assume the rest of my team can't either.
I wanted to mention on Friday the 27th I got my Dach's Delivery Service and sweet streak back on both of my devices! I have a Samsung 25 ultra phone and Samsung tablet lite. Thanks to everyone so much for getting this up and running again for at least some of us. The bubblegum troll is mostly missing in the bottom right when you're playing with his character and when I play on my tablet I still can't see the last row on top when I'm in the level, the place where extra help like stripes, wraps and fish dispensing down are, but the rest is there! Thank you!

I would love to be on your team and get a bunch of boosters, unfortunately that doesn't apply to me.
It must be group of players they don’t care about !! Ridiculous this has been going on this long .. Been what 2 weeks since they even communicated ananything to the players

I checked again and my delivery is stuck in an infinite loop. I logged in to see "delivery nr 8 unlocked". I clicked on the icon, got rewards, but the new challenges did not load. I exited the app, logged back in, and there it was again, delivery 8 unlocked. So i clicked and got the boosters again. So I could technically spend the rest of the week just collecting boosters, but never getting new challenges. I wonder if the rest of my team is also stuck? Again, the laptop version seems to work correctly, but that one i last used a year ago so it is a very old version of the game, and none of my teammates are showing as active, so I assume we all have the same problem. i don't need boosters since i no longer play but i guess for my team they can stock up properly and pass a bunch of levels since they are in perpetual booster winning mode. Interesting glitch.
Bubblegum levels to win free lives are gone!
Can we once again expect to wait at least a month to be told "it's fixed" just for it to break again after 1 week?
I have the latest version, just entered Hazelnut event, then exited and now disappeared.
It's been months this bug happens, disappointing.
If a ticket is opened, no replies, no fix.
