Help couldn’t connect toFB so logged out then logged back in. All my years of playing were gone. Today it was back. Then asked me to update and now all my years are gone again. PLEASE HELP

Hello @Bonnie_Byrn, that is very unfortunate to hear that this happened to you. Do you happen to have any screens or video as far as what level you were on? Useful if you have all information going forward so may I ask what do you use to play on? How many times would you say this has happened before? Sorry for the 20 questions but it will help me to help you 🙂

Really have no idea what game # I was on. 87 487 I know there were crowns to win. Bows. Bonus’s I have been playing for years. My Face book friend Cathy Greathouse DelVe chip was ahead of me. It was fixed the next day then. 1 hr. Later asked me to update and then I lost it all again. I play this everyday. A couple times a day. There’s got to some help available. PLEASE HELP

I looked under progress and my name is there 2 times #61 Bonnie. Game 1148. That’s where I was. Just eliminate the second Bonnie please maybe that will bring me back. Where I was a few days ago. Please HELP
