Still having the same anger-inducing problems. Upgraded to 5.0.0.0 the day it came out. NOTHING!!
Will you FINALLY fix this?
I upgraded to 5.1.0.0. And I think I may have nailed down what the issue is, so pass it on to the developer/programmers. I have been doing some experimenting and identified something that has been happening every since these problems came up several weeks ago (and several versions ago). These are different if I am playing locally only or are playing online by being logged into my account.
If playing locally only, events and announcement show up. As long as I never exit out of the game, it is fine. As soon as I exit the game and return to it, everything is gone.
Playing through my account is very similar, but the key is REMAINING logged into my account. As long as that is the case, I can exit the game, shut down my computer, come back into the game and everything is fine. However, as soon as I exit the game and log OUT of my account, when I log back into my account and play everything is gone.
If this is what is truly occurring with everyone, it is now it's own issue. This FORCES players to have an actual account and never log out of the account. This raises some concerns about "tracking" of my activities as I am forced to remain logged into my account.

Hello @hddoane1, I am told that version 5.1.0 has been rolled out. Did you get it? …and if so, did it solve the problem with events disappearing?
Had Dach's. Played two levels. Logged out of game. Came back. Dach's gone and hasn't returned. I am going to take every chance I can to reply to other comments and start new ones that encourage all players to stop making purchases. Maybe a loss in revenue will encourage them to actually fix this.
My game's been broken since January. I checked in again today to see if I will get Dachs and I did. Played 2 levels, it's disappeared. I have the latest version and play on Android and Windows. Or better said, used to play since i will not play until i get my events back, which at this rate might be never. So it's just not you or your device. I think many players just quietly left and switched to other games or interests.

Right now, my system only shows that Sweet Streak is active for another 2 days and 18 hours. Then Sweet Streak usually takes a one-day break.
I don't have any other events at the moment (possibly because I completed everything before I had CCFS version 5.0.0.0).
We should see Dachs Delivery back in the game tomorrow.
I'll get back to you tomorrow so we can compare "our" events.

Hi @hddoane1 I'm sorry that events are still disappearing for you. I'm also using version 5.0.0.0 and everything is working fine for me.
Therefore, I suspect it might be a problem with your device. Which device and version/specifications are you using?
