If I copy and paste an address tag in the replay to the post instead of typing it, the recipient doesn’t receive it. Can you confirm whether this is true? I’ve come to this conclusion because many members tag me in the replay, but I don’t always receive their posts.

It’s just as I thought.

When replying to a post by pressing Reply you need to type the

community name because only in this way will the recipient of the reply receive the email notification; otherwise, they won’t receive anything notification

Please let me know if you receive it, because this is exactly my issue: when a moderator, a CM, or a member replies to one of my posts using Reply without typing my community name, I never receive the email notification.
