Bad Ad

This ad locks up my game every time it comes up.

The advertising is run by the studio; we in the community have no influence on it.

Please do the following:

* Go to Settings (gear icon)
* Then tap the question mark
* Select "Privacy & Data" from the menu
* There you will find the option "How can I report an ad in my game?" Read the article and take notes/screenshots. Scroll to the bottom and select "Contact" and describe your problem in as much detail as possible.

You will initially receive an automatic response/confirmation of your request, and then you can reply by email and attach screenshots.

Just this ad and I have more than 2 GB.

Hi @CharlieF Is it just this specific ad, or does it happen with other products as well?

Please make sure to check whether your device has more than 2 GB of free storage space. This, too, can be a cause of crashes.
