Game has me on level 213 when I should be at level 2547. How do I get it to correct level as I do not want to start over.

Please take screenshots of your game map showing the "incorrect" level, as well as a screenshot of the Team feature. Then, within the game, go to Settings (the gear icon), select "Save and Sync Progress," and then tap on "I can't find my progress..." Scroll all the way down and tap "Contact." Describe your issue there, and when asked if you would like to attach screenshots, upload the ones you took. A support representative will then get in touch with you.
Logged in thru Facebook. Team function shows my level at 2547 but game shows me on 213. Ugh
The last time you played, were you logged into the app? If so, how (with email and password, or via Facebook)?
Were you always connected to the internet when you were playing?
Which level is displayed to you in the Team function?
it happened 3 days ago. I wasn’t playing game. When I opened game, it showed me at the low level and doesn’t give me the ability to get to correct level. It’s the app on my iPhone I was playing on.

What happened? Did you reinstall the game, or did you switch to a different device? To give you the right advice, I need more information. Specifically: when did it happen, and what were you doing beforehand?
