Lost the levels

Good afternoon

I have changed my device, opened session and I have lost the levels of:

- Bubble Witch 3 saga that was in 1526

- Candy Crush soda was in 1283

- Candy Crush Saga that was in 1229

The rest of the games have been synchronized well.

the new device.

What I can do?

We’ve tried just everything we’ve been advised to do. My daughter is now back to level 469. Here is a screen shot from her ‘Stella’s house’ at the moment. Any help to get her back here would be appreciated.

Quite annoyed and upset about this. I’m on level 949 on BubbleWitch3. My daughter was playing catch-up close behind. She transferred from iPhone to a new phone, (I think android) and she had lost all levels after level 469. I’m thinking of picking a new game if we can’t compete against one another. Really cheesed off! 😕

This level doesn't spawn green candies, yet Rachel is in the list. This is not the dead Chinese version where a character can adapt to a different color.
