Is this a glitch on level 1331?

@QueenMia I was just tagged in someone's Facebook group reporting a glitch on this level. I will put the print screen below. Three players posted similar print screens in that group. They have to clear 42 octopus. They have 41 but look at the board, where is the 42nd?

Hi @CarLaH - welcome to our friendly community!! I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. I’m not quite that far in CC Friends so I have not seen this issue. Can you please take a screen shot of the board when you’ve cleared the 41? Also please confirm what type of platform you play via - PC or mobile (IOS or Android)?

Hey @Elsa,

Realised that this level is on Windows 10 for now. We could replicate the issue so we sent it straight away to our game Studio.

Hopefully, that can be solved quickly but as usual, can't promise on any ETA. Will keep you posted! Really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @hellenye and welcome to the Community

As @Elsa mentioned, the bug was fixed last week and the amount of octopus was changed to 41... Just tried the level and it worked as it should... You definitely should have the right amount as well, especially since you have updated to the latest game version.

Please force close the App (do not re-install for now as you would lose your boosters) then re-open the level. Wait a few seconds, then close force close the App again and re-open the level. That should update it. It's important to make sure you have a good wifi connection when doing it.

I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, there was even a new game update but still no luck. Any other tips before I uninstall? Thanks

They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so let's get that done. Clear the history on your device and then follow the steps on here:

If that doesn't work then the only thing left is to uninstall the game and reinstall it again but I do have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters. Wait, before you uninstall, let me know if the troubleshooting works/doesn't work. I may have another idea instead of uninstalling the game.

Yes mine is still showing 42 and freezes when I get to 41

Hi @hellenye the studio fixed that level and now you just have to get 41, no longer 42. So are you saying that you are still showing that you have to get 42?

I’m using an iPhone X updated to the latest version but I’m having the same glitch on this level of having to release 42 octopuses. The game freezes after I have released 42. Have already repeated the level multiple times. Can you please help take a look again? Thanks

Yes you are right. The problem was resolved earlier. The problem has been found again in the new version.

I am having the same problem in 1331. I have beat the level 4 times and it just feeezes. I have waisted lives and coloring time. It is super frustrating.

I'm having the same problem. While the game wants me to release 42 octopi, there are only 41. Once I clear the 41, the game will not respond to any move I try to make. Just sits their blinking at me.

Please help! I've released those dang 41 octopi quite a few times already and I'm ready to move on to the next level.

have always had the same problem at level 1331 for some time:
By default, I have to release 42 octopuses, but there are actually only 41! I have already done this several times with all available figures, and in the picture no hidden or hidden Octopus can be seen / found any more. Have e.g. but still 12 moves left, but the game does not react any more, that is, no matter if I still have moves, I can not do any more, it is always shown that I have to free 1 Ocopus, because nobody is that anymore.
