If the game is not allowing me to send lives or receive lives. What can I do?

This game is not allowing me to send lives to friends or receive lives from Friends. I am fully logged in and my browser has been refreshed but I'm still not able to do that part. What can I do?

I’m no longer receiving lives and what happened to the free life booster that helped. This shouldn’t be such a big issue considering is like the 150th version of candy crush like seriously1

You mentioned 150th Version of Candy Crush, are you referring to the Candy Crush Saga or the Candy Crush Friends? The reason I asked is because you are at the Candy Crush Friends Community.

Seriously you guys can’t be this duh. I’m talking about friends but by that I meant there’s regular candy crush, soda,jelly and the other similar games made by king that do not have the lives issues that candy crush friends has COME ON NOW0

You send friends lives and they never get them you asked for lives You never get them. This is the second time i have complained to them.

However, there is a known issue where we don't receive lives so often regardless we are connected to a King or a Facebook account. There is a thread about this issue where you can give us your feedback and where our Community Manager will post any change about this issue as soon as it happens. You can find it on the link below.

@firebombmarkus there is an issue going on in the Saga game right now with the sending/receiving of lives and I tagged @Jelly Jenny because it might be a Facebook glitch. A player who plays CC Friends Saga wrote in that message asking if it's the same problem here as it is there so I gave her this message to comment. Let's tag @QueenMia because maybe it's a Facebook glitch that is starting across all games.
