Why doesn't King let us know when the game or Windows 10 App is updated ? ?

King should email us when the game or the Windows 10 App has been updated so we can do the updates. (it is now at V 1.1530.2.0) This is Candy Crush Saga
Not everyone keeps Microsoft Windows Updates turned on (I only do it when it is needed)
Also how come on Facebook using the Opera Web Browser when playing the game, we can not find a way to see our complete booster inventory
like we can in the Windows 10 App ? ? ... Thanks
