First and Foremost, try making sure that both your game and device software are both up to date. If this fails to helps, then try closing the game for about 10 seconds, and then reopening the game. If this fails, try logging into and out of your King/Facebook account to see if this helps to update your account activity. Finally, if this still fails to help, then try uninstalling the game entirely, and then reinstalling it. Once you’ve done that, then log back into your Facebook/Kingdom account.
