At the end of the game with no lives left if I watch a short video it refills you with a life and although the life ticks and says a life been created but the life doesn’t show if u get me meaning

    Generally, this may be a problem for a wrong time setting. So you check the device time. B)

    Candy Crush friends I did and update today and at the end if u run out of moves u watch a video and you get two extra moves but it ticks to say two moves available but stays on zero also if u got no lives left u can watch a video it gives u an extra life again it ticks but the life disappears

    If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. 
    A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device, 
    you can see if there is an update manually. What device you using for this game?

    I've got the same problem but only with refiling lives. If I watch video for getting two more movies - it works successfully. The problem became after updating with latest version of Candy Crush Friends Saga 1.15.8.
    By the way I tried to delete and instal the game again (the same version 1.15.8). The bug was reproduced.

    Device:     iPhone 6, version of software: 12.3.1 (the latest).
    I can sent a screen-video of this bug, if it needed.

    I am also having that very same problem with candy crush friends. It all started when I downloaded the newest update.

    I am sorry to hear that you all having this "Lives" issue in your game!!  And yes! @Deby_Sutcliffe is right... the problem has been reported and the Studio is looking into it.  We should have some workaround soon :+1:
