Hi everyone and thanks all for helping out!

@Dilligaf02, welcome to the Candy Crush Friends Community!

Could you please let us know what device you're playing on? Are you logging out from the game after playing?
There seems to be a few other players reporting the same issue and we are looking into it.
However, I could not locate your Candy Friends game so I will need your User ID in order to be able to investigate! Check here to know where to find it!

I’m not logging out but sometime close the game ! Even if I leave it open they are disappear

Thanks very much for the info, @Dilligaf02! We're looking into it, I'll keep tou posted as soon as I have an update for you. In the meantime, don't hesitate to take screenshots of the amount of stars in your quest. That would help us investigate!

My gold bars keep disappearing...I don't have internet access when I try to use them . So I completely exit out the game then reopen the game their there.. But when I get internet and play.. They're GONE
