Candy Crush Friends. The dog came down with key on level 409, time ran out befoe I got there but dog didn't go away and I am past that levrl dog still there so he can't go to new level. Hiw do you fix this?

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to collect the key from Dachs!! I am guessing you have updated your game App in the past week for latest version!! If so, this is the glitch that popped up with it

This issue was already reported as many other players were complaining about it and the King Studio Team is looking into it to find a workaround

I request you to go to that thread and post the details of
1) the device you are using to play the game;
