Daily Gift

I would like to know why I have lost my daily gift days since my phone updated. I was over 230 days and now I am back to day one. To top that off, it updated again and now I can't even get the daily gift screen. Can you tell me how to fix it and get my days back to where they should be?

Hi @qutsigal - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. I had it happen as well. In order to get it to reset I recommend logging out of the game completely, clearing the cache & cookies on your browser and powering your device off for at least 10 seconds.

Once you power it back on it should re-trigger the calendar however it may not recognize the # of days anymore. Please note while that is definitely frustrating the daily rewards for this game repeat thru the same cycle every 7 days so in the long run you shouldn’t have missed out on to much.
