Level lost

hello was level 1319
and it was not advancing now it's level 1260. I need to get it back

Our Community Manager has put you again in your level # 1319

Can you please "Force close" your App --> Shut down the device --> Turn back it on after 5 minutes and open your game.

It should work now and you will be back on your level # 1319
