My game has frozen several times the past few days. It won’t let me make a mice & I lose a life

My game has frozen several times the past few days. It won’t let me make a move or do anything. I have to completely close and restart the game. And, of course, I lose that life. Also, I didn’t get my daily prize yesterday, even though I opened it and played several times.
